May 30, 2015 | Second SIS Tournament Equipment Drive

On May 30th, Stay in Softball held its second Tournament-sponsored Used Equipment Drive at Valley Extreme's Summer Starter Tournament.  A flyer was sent to all teams participating in the tournaments notifying them of the equipment drive and a friendly competition was held to see which team could make the most donations.   equipment.  Even though Sunday was totally rained out, over 40 pieces of used equipment were collected on Saturday from several teams including the Coventry Fury, Lakeland Hurricanes and Valley Extreme.  The team donating the most items and monetary donations was the Coventry Fury which donated $225 and twenty pieces of equipment.  The Coventry Fury will receive a team pizza party for their efforts. ​
